One Rare 1933 $500 Postal Savings Bearer Bond. This $500 Postal Savings Coupon Bond, also known as a bearer bond. It bears the portrait of Grover Cleveland. It's coloring resembles the gold/orange colored seals used on 1922 gold certificates. The paper these were printed on is also the same paper as large size US paper money...look closely and you will see red and blue security fibers. This bond transcends many areas of collectibles...financial history, philatelies and even paper money due to it's striking resemblance to old US banknotes. The bond is in great shape, well preserved, and original throughout. There is one fold between the bond and coupons but overall an exquisite example of this rare bond.
